The VBMcgi library is a public library that has received contribution
of the following people: VBMcgi stands for "The Villas-Boas and Martins
library for cgi programming".
 Sergio Barbosa Villas-Boas - original author and responsible for maintaining the library and its
web page. All major information and correspondence about VBMcgi should
be sent to sbvb@sbvb.com.br (VB stands
for "Villas-Boas", not "Visual Basic").
